THE 2-HOUR FOLLOW-UP TEXT
This is for prospects who watched the Zoom but didn’t enroll immediately.
“Hey Name, again thanks for jumping on tonight. I know timing is everything. Just want you to know, I’m here for any questions as they come up.”
Short. No pressure. Keeps the door open.
THE 24-HOUR FOLLOW-UP — THE BEST CONVERSION TOUCH
You are reconnecting while the information is still warm.
“Hey Name, quick question…After sleeping on it, what part stuck with you the most? Was it the wholesale travel, the savings, or the income side?”
Why this works:

You’re not asking “Are you joining?”

You’re asking what they LIKED.

It brings them back into the value.
NOTE: If they answer by text or call, they are still HOT.
THE 48-HOUR FOLLOW-UP: BRIDGE TO ACTION
At this stage, you want to bring them back to exposure.
“Name, we’ve got another short pricing demo coming up tonight. Want me to save you a seat so you can see a couple more examples?”
This is gentle, helpful, and pulls them back in.
THE 7-DAY FOLLOW-UP: RESET THE CONVERSATION
This keeps the relationship warm without pressure.
“Name, hope your week’s going smooth. Just wanted to check in. Did any other questions pop up about the travel or the earning side? Happy to help you sort through anything.”
This positions YOU as the helper, not the hunter.
